  3. *IMPORTANT* Obtain any prior imaging and/or reports concerning your condition so that we may review/compare.

  4. Next, use the “Schedule” button or call (304) 381-4144 to get your appointment scheduled.

Existing and New Patients:

  3. Next, Spineworks will “Approve” your request shortly thereafter and you will be sent a confirmation email.

  4. Then, select your Appointment.

For many years, our patients have used CareCredit to spread out the cost of some therapy over 12 months or so at 0% interest. You may have even used CareCredit before at your dentist or veterinarians office.
